Earn with us, not for us

You know people who need software built. We build it. When a deal closes you earn a commission on it, and you keep earning while the client stays with us.

Why we do this

A salary caps what you can earn. This does not.

Hire a marketer on a fixed salary and that salary becomes the ceiling, however much value the person creates. We think that is backwards.

Some people have the skill. Some have the time. Some simply know the right person at the right moment. All of that is worth something, and it should be worth something to the person who has it.

So instead of hiring one marketer, we are building a network. You bring us business, we do the work, and we share what comes in. What you earn is limited by what you bring, not by what we decided to budget.

Three ways to partner

You do not need to be a developer

Connectors

You know people who need software.

Business owners, founders, managers, organisations. You make the introduction. We take it from there, so you never have to pitch, quote or manage anything.

Promoters

You know how to reach people.

You run ads, create content, or have an audience. Point that at Beyric. What you spend is up to you, and you earn on every deal it produces. You work from the messaging and assets we approve, so nothing goes out in our name that we cannot stand behind.

Builders

You have the skills as well as the contacts.

You refer clients and can help deliver the work too. These partnerships go furthest, so talk to us about ongoing collaboration.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

01

Register the lead

Tell us who you are introducing before you introduce them. It takes a minute. We review within three business days and confirm whether the lead is accepted. If we are already in conversation with them, or they are an existing or former client, we will say so and the registration will not be accepted. Once accepted, the lead stays credited to you for 90 days.

02

We close the deal

We handle the conversation, the scope, the quote and the contract. You do not pitch, you do not negotiate, and you do not manage the project.

03

You earn on their first payment

Once the client’s first payment clears, you receive half your commission. Not on signature, but on money actually in the bank, so you are never waiting on a promise.

04

You earn again, and keep earning

The remaining half lands when the project is delivered and the final payment clears. If a single payment covers the whole project, the full commission becomes due on delivery. If the client stays on for ongoing work, you keep earning a recurring commission on that too.

Commission

Paid on real money, not paper

Commission is calculated on revenue we have actually collected, never on contract value. You are never left chasing a number that did not materialise, and we are never paying out on money that has not arrived.

WhatRateWhen you are paid
New closed deal7%Half on the client’s first cleared payment, half on delivery and final payment. If one payment covers the whole project, the full commission falls due on delivery.
Ongoing services3%Monthly, for 6 months from the client’s first payment.

Rates are calculated on collected revenue excluding VAT and third-party costs such as hosting, licences and advertising spend, and payments are subject to any applicable withholding tax. Rates shown apply to leads accepted while they are published: your rate is fixed at the rate in force on the day your lead is accepted, so a change never reprices work already in motion. Full terms are set out in the BeyricHQ Ltd Partner Agreement.

An example

A partner introduces a client and we close a ₦5,000,000 build. At 7% that is ₦350,000 in commission: ₦175,000 when the client’s first payment clears, and ₦175,000 on delivery. If that client later takes on ongoing support, the partner keeps earning on it monthly.

Smaller work counts just as much. A ₦2,000,000 project earns ₦140,000 on exactly the same terms, so it is always worth registering.

What to look out for

If someone says any of this, that is a lead

  • We need a website or a web application
  • We are building a mobile app
  • Our systems do not talk to each other
  • We want to use AI in our business
  • Our platform keeps going down
  • We need someone to build this properly

We build software, web applications, mobile apps, AI systems and agents, and cloud infrastructure. If you are not sure whether something fits, register it anyway and we will tell you.

Good to know

Partner questions, answered

Do I need to be technical?
No. Connectors need no technical background at all. You just need to know someone with a problem worth solving, and we handle every technical conversation from there.
Do I have to sell?
No. Register the lead and make the introduction. We do the pitching, scoping and closing.
What if you are already talking to the client I want to register?
Then the registration will not be accepted, and we will tell you that at review. The same applies to existing and former clients, and to anyone who reached us through our own marketing before your registration. This is exactly why we review every lead within three business days rather than crediting registrations automatically.
What if two partners know the same client?
Whoever registers the lead first, and is accepted, owns it. That is why registration comes before introduction.
How long is a lead credited to me?
90 days from acceptance. If nothing closes in that window, the registration lapses and the lead is no longer credited to you.
When exactly do I get paid?
Within 14 days of the end of the month in which your commission becomes due. Half after the client’s first cleared payment, half after delivery and final payment. Payments are subject to any applicable withholding tax, which we deduct and remit where the law requires it.
What if the client cancels halfway?
You earn commission on what we actually collected and kept. If money is refunded after we have already paid you commission on it, that portion is set against your next payout. The rule that protects you protects us.
Can I run ads for Beyric with my own money?
Yes, and some partners do exactly that. You control the spend, we do not reimburse it, and you earn on every deal it produces. Three rules apply: your ads must identify you as an independent partner rather than as Beyric, you may not bid on our brand name or close variants of it, and every claim you make must come from the approved asset pack we give you. We are careful about what we claim publicly, and that care has to survive contact with your advertising.
Can the rates change after I join?
They can change for future registrations, and we will publish the change here. Your rate is fixed at the rate in force on the day your lead is accepted, so a change never reprices work already in motion.
Is there a limit on what I can earn?
No. There is no cap on the number of clients you can bring, or on what you can earn from them.
Does this cost me anything to join?
Nothing. There is no fee, ever. Anyone asking you to pay to become a Beyric partner is not us.
Am I an employee?
No. Partners are independent. You set your own hours and methods, and you are responsible for your own taxes.
If I leave the network, do I keep the recurring commission?
Recurring commission runs for 6 months from the client’s first payment and continues for that term on deals already closed, unless the partnership ends because of a breach of the agreement. The Partner Agreement sets this out in full.
